Where are the other fishing rods in Pokemon D and P?

U suppose to find the good rod on the way to Solaceon Town (route 209)..talk to the fisherman who always look to the water..He’ll give U good rod..
For super rod, U only can obtain it after beating the Elite 4 and get national dex..so don’t worry bout super rod now..
