I just recently started using lures but I caught bass on a rattle trap, I have a Blackwidow II BC on a Shimano rod.

i like the double treble wiggle worm. bass really go after it. i love to trout fish also. my son and i went fishing and caught 4 trout where we thought no trout were. the shortest was 20 in and the longest was 22. love to fish

My favorite fishing lure is my wife.
No matter what I am using or how, all I have to do is bring here with me and she dunks a worm on a bobber and catches more fish than I ever do.
Puts me to shame….

Spinnerbaits (Strike King, Stanley), swim baits (Mimic Minnows, Storm), Rat-L-Traps (the original), and Berkley power worms (color varies between water clarity). I have a lot of other tackle, but these are my go to lures.

Tiny Torpedoes are awesome! Thomas trout lures are great. Theres way too many to go into.

The Beetle Spin, hands down. It’s cheap and comes in a wide variety of colors and sizes. A great lure for kids and they catch everything from bream to bass. I fish for all freshwater species, my favorite is the white bass. I’ll take a 5 foot shakespeare ugly stick any day of the week.
